QUESTION: Masters, I am fascinated by past lives we have lived and would love to have ‘readings’ about them. One such reading told of a life as John, the disciple of Jesus and suggested writings of the events of his life were inaccurate. As I know we are all technically ‘sons of God’ what was it about Jesus that made him so special? Was he a very enlightened man of his time? I have always felt myself to be spiritual. Does this stem from this time spent with Jesus? ~Jane, United Kingdom

ANSWER: It is nice to have “readings” about your past lives but much more beneficial to have, through hypnosis or deep meditation, the experiences of the energies themselves. Once you reconnect with the feelings of a particular time and place, it is like the memory of a beloved vacation in your current lifetime that you can visualize and relive.

Many souls have chosen to experience being in the presence of the soul known as Jesus because of the work he undertook in that lifetime. It was a period of humankind when people were just starting to recognize that they had the ability to make their own decisions. Freedom of choice was unknown up to that point. Society and the hierarchy told everyone what to think and what to do. All aspects of living were controlled and beliefs were dictated.

Jesus came to Earth to be a “way-shower” – one who, by his example, allowed everyone to see what was possible and how to accomplish it. He introduced the populace to the concept of thinking for themselves and relying upon inner feelings instead of societal dictates – not just judging but accepting everyone’s individuality and loving their choices. His examples later became an organized religious practice instead of a demonstration of a spiritual path.

Your spiritual knowledge comes from having observed, and lived in, the period when a spiritual, loving direction was first explored. If you have the opportunity, go back to that time and “feel” the connection to the unconditionally loving Source energy that is present.

QUESTION: Masters I have faced lots of my emotional and mental blockages and because of them I have started to understand various levels. I have started to get past life’s experiences. Why? Now I am in a situation where I want to give all of my life to spirituality. How can I do that? I have realized that we are living in path where we are learning what unconditional love means and what it is (everything, everywhere, inside, outside, we are one). I have started to see another “dimension”, where is energy, what is this “dimension”? Could you please explain what are my experiences? Do I have to be born here again and again if I have not learn my lessons. How can I “develop” myself “more”? Can you give me few tips? ANSWER: You are a soul who is having a human experience so that you might learn all about the essence of the soul. Only with a physical body can you engage in things that involve more than a spiritual level. A human being has many layers. There is a physical one, a mental one, an emotional one, and a spiritual essence or soul.

During the initial life-lessons phase of humanhood, you are so consumed with mental and emotional blockages – which is one way lessons appear – that you see only them and nothing more. As you learn your lessons, or clear up the blockages and get rid of the third-dimensional, judgmental ego, you can reconnect with the feelings of your soul.

This dimension you perceive is the non-ego, nonjudgmental, unconditionally loving energy of your Source essence. This is the goal of the soul – to be able to live in its power while still having a human shell. To stay here you must not allow ego judgment to return. Instead, just evaluate what is happening around you and see if it is something in which you would like to participate or, on the other hand, something from which you cannot learn.

Your essential unconditionally loving self is all you need to continue along your spiritual path. You progress by using your freedom of choice and taking full responsibility for the things you bring into your life. You need nothing but your inner feelings to tell you what you came to experience.

Once you are comfortable with being out of the loop of ego judgment, you can explore all the powers a soul has to manifest exactly what is desired. Intention is the controlling factor; intend and it shall be. If you understand what you bring into your life, you do not have to repeat it again. Enjoy your journey.

QUESTION: Masters I ask for your insight into my children, age 24 and 27. A trusted psychic told me when they were little that their minds would be taken over by a terrorist, their father, and he would turn them against me. This has proven true. My friend also said that eventually, once they reached the age of 25, they would begin to question what their father has done to them. So far this has not proven to be true as far as I know. I have tried to behave always with dignity and restraint, despite their appalling behavior, and also to be compassionate as they don’t even know what has been done to them and I do. Can you shed some insight into the agreement we all must have with each other? ANSWER: Since every soul has total freedom of choice to change their mind at any time, what a psychic or channeler can see, and relate to you, applies only to the direction in which all choices are leading at the time of the reading. Many factors have come in to influence the journeys of your children. They have not matured – that is, assumed responsibility for their own decisions – to the point of appreciating their situation. You must give them a little more time to decide to accept what they are seeing and feeling concerning their father or to continue to ignore it.

Your lesson in this lifetime is to be an observer – a witness – to the expedition that is your children’s lives. You already see that you have no way to control what goes on in their lives, and that the way you feel about this is totally up to you and dictates your mood.

Each soul creates their own reality by the choices they make. You can choose to be unhappy and miserable because things in your children’s lives aren’t going the way that you wish, or you can honor the fact that these are the lessons they chose before coming into this life.

What is important is that you not let their journey interfere with your own. Work through the lessons revealed by your fears and doubts. Release ego judgment and enter into unconditional love. This is what your trip here is all about.

You wanted to deal with lack of control, self-image and self-worth issues, and not letting the actions of others affect your emotional well-being. You have done very well with these. Your agreements with the family involved being the parent who was different from the pattern they chose to learn, and being there when the time was right for counseling them through their realizations.
