QUESTION: Masters, I am an Indigo adult as well as an entrepreneur. I have several opportunities to start businesses in order to gain financial stability. However, I feel that maybe it is not the time for that, and have the idea to develop my psychic abilities instead. I am highly practical and am having difficulty choosing which path to follow. ~Cheryl, Canada

ANSWER: What you are saying is that you are thoroughly wedded to both worlds: the fourth-dimensional spiritual, and the egotistical third dimension—and you see them as separate and distinct. They do not have to be separate if you give each its place in your life.

Since you are a physical being in the third dimension, you need to be able to provide for your everyday needs. Your entrepreneurial self can easily accomplish that task. When you establish a money-producing enterprise, it does not have to cut you off from the spiritual side of self. Use the money to provide the opportunity to set aside more time for spiritual endeavors.

If you work on developing an opening to your physic abilities (remembered since you are an Indigo), you can then use those skills to more readily deal in the third dimension of ego, by knowing what your partners and competitors are thinking and doing. This will assist you in both projects, making money and strengthening your psychic abilities.

Take care with your tendency to be “highly practical,” because that means you are leaning toward ego over spirit. It also says you are trying to look to others’ opinions, accepting society’s rules without questioning them or taking the time to insert your own freedom of choice into the mix. Take back your power. Don’t blindly follow the pack. Do what feels right to you.

QUESTION: Masters, after 18 years of marriage, my husband and I have separated. Is my ‘contract’ or life-lesson with him over for this lifetime? About three years ago I had readings with two different channels and neither could detect him as my husband then.  Please advice.   ~A., Malaysia

ANSWER: We will respond first to what you were told three years ago. The reason that the channelers were unable to see your husband in your life is that you began near that time to speed beyond the point of awareness that he was going to reach in this lifetime. By that, we do not mean that he could not be in your life if you so chose, but that he would not be on your path or at your vibration. When channels are doing a reading for you they can only see the direction that your energy is intending to follow at the moment of the reading. This does not mean that you are stuck with that path, only that your intention saw it as a desired direction.

Your soul and the soul of your husband did make a contract to spend a period of time together to help each other out. For you, he was to stimulate your inner strength and courage, so that you might leap away from limiting belief systems and help yourself and others to understand this journey to Earth. He chose you to be his sounding board so that he might understand his path. He did not promise to listen, and he hasn’t much.

You have completed the contract to which you agreed. Whether you maintain any contact with him, or choose to help with other projects, is a freedom of choice issue. It is time to use all of your energy to honor the journey that you take. Feel what you need and want to do, and use those directions to decide where to proceed from here.

QUESTION: Masters, I have had a very difficult period in my life for the past three years. My father died and my husband and I separated. I was not able to cope with everything and used alcohol as a means of escape. In July of this year I met a wonderful man who has shared things he learned while going through a difficult period in his life, and it has increased my awareness tenfold. I know now that I am going through these things for a reason. This man seemed to have fallen out of the sky to me at exactly the right time in my life. He has taught me so much and has not asked for anything in return. I truly feel that he was sent here by my guides or angels to teach me, and that we are meant to spend this part and possibly the rest of our lives together. My question to you is: Is this man someone I have shared a life with, or made a contract with? Is he my soul mate?  ~Kim USA

ANSWER: A number of things have all come together at once in your life. You were deluged with negative events that brought out insecurities, your response to which was escaping. Your soul wanted to see if you were aware enough to see through these tests, all of which you had gone through in other lives, and be able to analyze the events and move through them.

You knew that this was a huge amount for a human to be confronted with all at one time, so you and someone from your soul group had a backup plan to get together and allow him to tutor you through the mess. That “guide or angel” was none other than your own higher self, or the unconscious aspect of your soul who planned ahead for a period of overwhelm. Until someone brought out your acceptance of what had happened, and what could come, you were stymied. Now you can proceed again.

You did not set a time limit on how long the two of you would work together. Just sit back, relax, and see where everything goes from here. You have shared other Earth time together and have taken turns being rescuer and victim. A soul mate is normally the one chosen to be present when major things are going to happen in a life—both the good and the bad. Open yourself to all the energy that surrounds you and see how much is coming from him, and how much from you. It is easier to make choices if you immerse yourself in the moment and sense where you feel comfortable and where you need to go.
