Living outside the body
Monday, October 8th, 2007Q. Masters, I have been having experiences—I can’t exactly call them dreams because they are too real. It doesn’t just happen when I am sleeping; sometimes it occurs when I am relaxing or meditating. I seem to be transported to a different place and time, and I am actually participating within this dream. What is going on?
A. Dear Traveler, you are having a spontaneous past-life regression. You are popping back into a life you once lived. All souls incarnate into physical bodies hundreds of times so they can experience the various aspects of human life.
During these lifetimes, you have been many different ethnicities, experienced both sexes, and lived all over the planet. When you began your current incarnation you returned to Earth with amnesia of the wisdom you previously gained. In each new life there may come a point where you must re-experience something you had engaged in previously, to better understand what you are currently going through, or to complete some lesson that you did not finish in that former life.
When you return from your voyage, journal what you can recall of the experience. By comparing your entries over a period of time you will come to know exactly why this past life is drawing your attention now. You will find reasons for certain behaviors you adhere to in this life and know whether you need to change them or, alternatively, if they are a reward from your past. Enjoy your trips.
