Was evolution directed or pre-planned?

QUESTION: Masters, did Source design the specific evolution of all living things in earth, or did Source create the basic building blocks for life and say “let it rip”? Since earth was designed to be experienced by souls as a duality, was the human body specifically designed for this purpose? At what point in the linear evolution of human life did souls begin to enter bodies? ~Gloria, United States

ANSWER: Souls were a part of the Earth project from the very beginning. Since the whole thing was designed to discover the opposite of perfection, it started as a piece of Source experiencing non-perfection: dealing with heat and cold, predators and prey, and fighting for survival. At the start, simple cellular bodies were all that was required. Duration of any experience was quite short.

As the experiments became more complex, with difficulty finding food and shelter and providing for procreation, the body covering needed to be more capable of dealing with contingencies, so it began to evolve. As humans evolved, they also changed the world around them – creating cities, an agricultural society, scientific advancements – and therefore the human body needed to accommodate these differences.

You can see that in areas where societal evolution didn’t require only intellectual prowess, such as in indigenous areas, the bodies changed in other ways, like providing for a better connection with the energy of the Earth and utilizing the innate powers of the soul. To use your definition, Source just “let it rip.”

A soul ended up having many options for a destination to examine the opposite of its essence – how complex did it desire to be? Evolution is still advancing. The body itself, except for the lifespan, has changed little. Rather, intellect, temperament, and plotting against enemies (both individual and international) now occupy the evolutionary circuits.

It is the duality that allows the various parameters to exist. If everyone loved everyone else, there would be no striving – nothing to deal with, no choices to make. Having arrived at its present point, the physical body will remain unless some soul decides it might want to try living through a machine.

Newgrange and Stonehenge

QUESTION: Masters, I recently visited the stunning and massive Newgrange passage tomb in Ireland, built some 1,000 years before Stonehenge. Archaeologist now believe that stone age peoples were far more sophisticated than first thought and such monuments were built as a massive and willing community undertaking bringing together tribes from all over the country. Can the masters tell us why Newgrange and Stonehenge were built and aligned to the Solstice points and what they were used for? Also, how where the massive blocks transported and lifted. Was it sheer human effort or were long forgotten levitation techniques involved? ~David, UK

ANSWER: The monuments you mention were built over huge periods of time, and their usages changed to fit the needs and beliefs of the people existing in those periods. An aspect of each carried religious connotations of the journey of life. Some of the construction, such as the passage tombs, symbolized the birth canal and the desire to be born into the next phase of the journey after human life. Each served as burial places for the builders, as well.

All were attuned to the astrological movement of the planets to honor and ask for help from the major seasonal periods, such as the longest day of the year and the shortest – always with a hope that honoring these transitions would ensure their physical transition, as well. During some of these periods, myths arose about the presence of gods within the sites.

As time passed, they became a unifying project for various people to come together with a singular purpose. In some cases, they served almost as fair grounds do today: to bring people together to trade, celebrate, meet prospective mates from different tribes, and learn from each other.

The construction had many aspects depending on the intention of the builders at any one time. Stonehenge turned into a healing location for a time, with many of the stones being “singing stones” that produced resonances when struck. Remains of “pilgrims” from far-off lands have been identified. Materials were gathered for the historical significances attached to them by the builders.

Most of the movement of the massive pillars was by manpower alone. A few of the people, at various times, had mastered the ability to levitate the stones, and that was also used.

Balancing spiritual knowledge and Earth reality

QUESTION: Masters I feel that I am many times paralyzed between spiritual knowledge and Earth reality. This makes me so confused sometimes that I don’t know any more what to believe and it becomes hard to take decisive action. I try to listen to my heart for guidance, but it feels like my heart is silent? Can Masters give me some guidance on the facts I need to be more aware of or what I’m not aware yet and what do you suggest for me in this moment? ~Arttu, Finland

ANSWER: There is no standard or agreed upon definition of spirituality and spiritual terms and ideologies. Every group and every “teacher” or “guru” has their own experiences, which they contend are “the only way” to achieve enlightenment. Exposure to many of these ideas will bring contradictions and conflicts.

Spiritual people are all aspiring to rid themselves of the negativity of the third dimension and ascend into unconditionally loving bliss. The only problem is that you are still in your physical form and, therefore, living in the duality of a 50/50 positive/negative world.

When a soul comes to Earth, they generally do so to learn some lessons about life and the afterlife, or their true essence. Society, into which they come, controls its members through ego judgment. Negativity is the basis for these actions. This causes everything to be rated, graded, and judged. To free oneself from this way of life, one must get out of judgment and use only evaluation: “Is it what I want or not?”

Each person establishes the parameters they need to complete their mission. This is done by creating their own reality – what they are going to believe in and how they are going to live. This is first done by following parents and close associates. Once it is recognized that you can let go of the beliefs of others and establish your own, your choices dictate your world.

Listening to your heart does not generally start a verbal communication but should give you a “feeling” of what resonates with your unconscious. How do you relate to what you are deciding? Does it seem to be something you can live with or is it uncomfortable? That is the way your heart speaks to you.

Stop being so hard on yourself. And stop trying to accept everything that is a piece of someone else’s beliefs. Accept as your reality only what feels good to you. You have complete freedom of choice, which means there are no pre-set rules.
