Masters of the Spirit World

QUESTION: Masters, when I was a teenager, I had some powerful channeling experiences, during which I channeled “lectures” to my parents. I felt the energy as powerful, but didn’t understand what was happening at the time. Now that I am aware, and doing spiritual work, it seems I have lost this channeling ability. Why did it happen in the past and will the verbal channeling ability return so that I can use it to help people? ~Maria, Australia

ANSWER: During your teen years you were uninhibited when it came to openness with the non-physical energies around you. You became a conduit for spirits who desired to have a voice. This is something that you have done in many past lives and comes naturally to you. Some of these were beautiful beings of the light and some were discarnate souls stuck in the heavy Earth energies because they didn’t want to let go and move on.

During your awakening to spiritual awareness, part of your learning taught you the difference between positive and negative energy. On a deep unconscious level, you now realize some of the old contacts were not of the light. This has tempered your inner desire to re-establish contact.

With your prior experience it will be easy to reconnect if you overcome those inner fears. Be very cautious as you open up the channels that you protect yourself against negative energies. Put out the intention that only beings of the light come into your communications.

Your first step should be to open a consistent dialogue with your own guides. They can then help introduce you to other beings of the light who may assist you. There are a number of spirits who are ready to help. Just ask them!

QUESTION: Masters, I have heard of people who have died and been brought back to life. Well, why did I have an experience one morning? I had this overwhelming feeling of having to lie back down or I would fall asleep sitting in my chair. I lay back down and then I was sitting with my sister’s boyfriend who had died. He was all in white; we were sitting on a bench with those pussy willows all around us flowing so beautifully. It was very bright but yet it was not the sun. I felt so calm, a feeling I never felt before or since. To be honest, if I had a choice I would have wanted to stay there. Paul was sitting next to me; he put his hand on my knee and said, “Please tell Karen I will always love her.” At the time my sister was staying with me; she had just stepped into the shower and it ended as soon as she was finished.  I have NEVER forgotten this experience and wonder why this happened to me. ANSWER: Souls, after they have left the physical realm, frequently need to reassure those left behind that they are all right. They would prefer to communicate with the person in question but are sometimes unable to for one reason or another. They will then go to someone with whom they can entrust their important message.

The timing of the visit coincided with the amount of time your sister was thinking about Paul and all the good times they shared. This gave a boost of energy to Paul’s spirit to be able to reach through the layers of vibrational difference and appear to you the way he did.

Paul wanted to be sure your sister knew of his continuing love. He was not sure she got the message directly so he visited you. For your time and trouble he gave you a beautiful gift. You were allowed to spend time in the unconditional love of the Other Side and to remember what it feels like. Your urge to stay there was very normal since you were at “Home.”

You were the recipient on this occasion because you were open to the possibility. And, no, you did not die. You did not even have one of those Near-Death Experiences of which you have read. You simply had another soul reach out to you from the spirit realm and engage in a conversation. It was real because you allowed it to become a part of your reality. Cherish the memory and understand it can happen whenever you are ready to take additional dictation. 😉

QUESTION: Masters, I’ve gone to see a couple of gifted ladies. I got a whole bunch of WOWs from them both. Other healers and psychics told me I was really something energy-wise and have masters with me with a very high purpose with only one more incarnation to go. All I do know is that I am a constant companion for elders in some capacity, and I give freely. I have learned where to draw boundaries. Kinda jump in to help anywhere I’m needed. I hear a regular dialogue with ??? unless I’m in a “funk,” but other than that, I don’t see any wow. I just feel kinda lost; I feel I need training. I know sometimes I can give a little healing, or get and give messages, but other than that no clue, no direction. I need something a little more concrete than wow. I feel like shouting, “What do you people want from me??” My plans require a lot of money. Training means traveling. So I play the lottery a lot. I have had the certainty for over a year now that something is coming. I wasn’t looking for it, just felt, heard… that it is… and I have big plans. ANSWER: Something big is coming for you—you are about to be buried under an avalanche of expectations from all your big plans. You are expecting that somebody outside of your skin needs to tell you what to do. You can find a lot of people, particularly for a price, who will tell you what to do. You have consulted a number of these and have heard those WOWs, fantastic things you want to hear about yourself. But someone saying something, and you liking it, does not make it so.

This life is all about freedom of choice and each soul finding its way through lessons by taking responsibility for itself and moving into an understanding by doing. If you want to be told exactly what to do, join the military or an organization that has all kinds of rules and regulations. It won’t help you learn about your life but it should make you happy that you don’t have to make the decisions.

You have a lot of connections to the non-physical world but you just shrug your shoulders and say so what? You hear a regular dialogue, but because you don’t know who it is you ignore it instead of listening and learning. You would rather run off to a class where someone will tell you how they found a way to talk to their guides—a way that may not work for you. If you took the time to establish a communication, you might have a WOW for all the information these guides of yours can pass on to you for the asking. Right now, this minute! Just take the time to stop what you are doing, clear your mind, and listen.

If by “you people” you mean the non-physical universe, what they want is for you to ask for their assistance so they may provide you with information to enable you to make the choices necessary to learn. To learn in this journey, you don’t follow; you get general directions of all the possible routes and then you use your own freedom of choice to choose the way.
