QUESTION: Masters my question is about where our souls are coming from. I have heard about star people and souls that are original Mother Earth’s children and angel people. Is that truth that our origin is different? How does it affect our lives? Do star people for example get more help from their own? ~Helena, Finland

ANSWER: All souls originate from the same place: Source energy. Once they have separated from Source, they may then choose a myriad of interesting things to study and experience. Some choose to go off to non-duality planets, such as a star, to explore the reason each was created. Others want only to explore the Earth and see how they fare within the duality that exists only there. And a few decide to remain forever, or at least for a goodly time, at Home, where they act as guides for those on a journey.

Once a soul has had an experience with another soul, they have a shared memory and an idea of the energy signature of the other. This allows them to always recall and know the other in any further situations. They may also plan to assist each other in subsequent ventures. This foreknowledge does not create a bond stronger than any other agreement, but just one that some find more comfortable than others. For this reason a bonding, or fraternity, exists that the soul may find repeating in their lifetimes.

Sometimes a lifetime on a star or a planet may be so strong in the soul’s list of things they desire to learn that they rely on that identity even after entering a lifetime in Earth’s realm. They refer to themselves as being a Star child. That does not mean their origin is from that place, just the immediate identity they choose. A person born in Africa who has moved to Japan may refer to themselves as Japanese after the move, and may retain that sense of identity even if they relocate to a third country. An angel is a guide who has mostly remained at Home but has finally decided to come to Earth.

Help is available for everyone at any time – but you need to ask for it. Nonphysical guides cannot interfere with what you are doing, but they can provide any advice they are asked to give. The openness with which this advice is received often indicates how much you think you are being helped

QUESTION: Masters can you please explain spiritual / energy cords? I have a man in my life whom I have shared experiences with for the last year and as a result have learnt a lot about myself. We have now both agreed to end the intimate relationship but still remain friends. But I can’t stop thinking about him, he is always on my mind. Is this to do with a spiritual energetic connection between us? If so how can I cut this “cord” or do I have to accept he will always be in my everyday thoughts? ANSWER: You are not being tied to this man and your memories by a spiritual connection other than the learning you have shared between you. Once you have experienced something you can not undo it at will. How prominent it becomes in your daily life is completely up to you.

You shared something so intense that until you replace it with something else, it is going to take over your consciousness. While you did call off your intimate relationship, you are too drawn to him to cut off all contact. You still have him on a pedestal as the one who permitted you to see some things you needed and could not observe alone.

The things that your time together allowed you to figure out about yourself have made him an important part of your life. But, as we always say, each soul creates the reality they want to live. When you have realizations front and center in your mind, they are like beliefs and take a prominent place in your thinking until you decide to replace them with something that is more important or necessary in your life at that time.

Romance has always been vital in your life and he provided a stable – for a while – access to it. Finding another who will love you as he did and share with you their hopes and dreams, which he never completely was able to, will erase his insistent energy from your mind.

An energy cord is much more than this physical bonding you had with him. A spiritual connection begins on the Other Side before you even come to Earth. You did not make any specific agreements with this soul before coming. He was just available to you when you needed him to be.

To begin the process of creating a new environment, you can start with a visualization of an ideal world containing all the factors you still wish to explore. Bring them in one at a time until you have your world and he is written out of it.

QUESTION: Masters, I keep having awful visions that seem to be set during a war. I have tried to do a past life hypnosis for myself but the emotions I feel are very strong, so I’ve had to stop them. Sometimes I don’t see anything, just feel anxiety and sorrow. I’m not sure what country it was in and what war it exactly was. Are the visions and feelings I’ve had real? How can I face these emotions? ~J.R., Finland

ANSWER: You have spent a number of different lives exploring the ramifications of being in the military and going to war in particular. These had various issues attached to them: betrayal, cowardice, self-confidence, and guilt, just to mention a few.

It is no wonder that self-hypnosis doesn’t allow you to step back far enough to deal with the strong emotions. An easier way to resolve and release each issue is to follow an emotion back to its origin. When something in daily life triggers a feeling, ask your higher self to take you to the cause. This should be a single incident that you can then understand, learn from, and let go. This will work well when you don’t see anything and are only feeling the emotion.

If the emotions become too intense to work with, use the technique of stepping away and going into observation mode. If you are a witness seeing things from the outside, you are not so affected. You can then examine and work with the situation to understand and dispel it.

Have patience with yourself and these events. They are hanging around because they were too overwhelming for you when they occurred the first time. You have much more information now about how life lessons work. This takes the fear out of facing them. It does not, however, reduce the intensity that you will feel.
