Knowing instead of learning

QUESTION: Masters, last month I went to a clairvoyant just for fun, and to my surprise, this lady knew everything about me, my personality and things that could be in my destiny. She also said that I came earlier to Earth for a mission: to learn, but also to help institutions of charity or to adopt a child. What is my mission? Am I really an Indigo? Why do dowser have this power to see almost everything about others life? Is it bad to know our future? Can it impair our future somehow? ~Layla, Brazil

ANSWER: There are very talented clairvoyants in this world. They pick up on the energy around you, reading the projections emanating from your unconscious. They are also astute at reading body language and inferences from tiny things you might say. Any such reading is generally accurate for things in the past and an indication of the future only to the extent that they pick up on how your energy is directed at the time of the reading. Any activity counter to your thoughts of the moment will change the future.

Your mission is to find out who you are and how to use the powers and abilities available to you as a piece of Source energy. Go through life living in the moment, not feeling guilty for what you have done in the past or spending time on expecting specific things for the future. Open to all possibilities and feel what “draws” you through life – that is your purpose.

You had many “missions” – we call them life lessons – planned when you came to Earth. You have had many previous lives so your ideas ran all over the spectrum of potentials. The reality is that you are here for your soul to learn, and you can do that by doing whatever appeals to you. You could not come down “early” because you needed to be in a specific family, time, and place to fulfill your desires.

There are many definitions of Indigo, and it has about as much influence on your life as saying that you are Brazilian or Portuguese. It is the way many classify things; we choose to not rate, grade, or judge.

Dowsers allow themselves to “open” to the energy of the universe. They are using the same universal energy that healers use in helping others balance their bodies to remove or heal ailments. Some are born ready to sense these things, and others work to train themselves to be sensitive to energy.

It is bad to know what someone else detected as the direction you are proceeding only if you believe you have no choice but to go in that direction. Remember, you always have freedom of choice.

Balancing 3rd & 4th dimensions

QUESTION: Masters, I’ve been putting a lot of energy recently into mastering my own state of being instead of allowing circumstances to dictate my happiness. I’ve been trying to transcend judgment and duality. I get very excited at the idea of quitting my job to put all my time into creating art I love and make a living sharing what I love through craft fairs and other venues. I’m in charge of my life. I know you can’t tell me what to do. But I find it hard balancing the responsibilities of this life with following feelings of excitement. What if following excitement does not yet make financial sense? I want to quit and trust that all will work out if I follow what resonates, but I don’t want to be financially foolish or disrespectful of the financial arrangements I have made with my wife to be financially responsible. ~Christopher, United States

ANSWER: We have several comments about your statements. Sometimes circumstances do dictate your choices because you draw to your life the things you need to experience. You are correct that you have the ability to manifest that which you desire, and the more aware you are of your abilities, the easier it becomes.

Enlightenment, or complete awareness of your essence powers, comes once you rid your life of negativity via the end of the dependence on judgment from society’s ego. Evaluating the remaining lessons by determining if they resonate with you allows you to live in positive, unconditional love.

Once souls have completed the majority of the lessons they came to learn, the search for a passion starts directing their life. You have identified your passion and see that it “draws” you through life in a state of love and happiness. You have also chosen to assume responsibilities for others via a family. There can be a mixture of the two.

Start by continuing to create your art. Spend some weekends getting known at local art fairs and seasonal affairs. There will be a time when your art will take care of all of your needs, but it is not here now. Involve your family in your art; they can give you ideas of what appeals to them and their friends, and help you approach potential customers.

Visualize a time when your art will give you the financial return you need. At the same time, evaluate if you need as much financial income as you have become used to. You may see that it is easier to transition than you thought.

What are you responsible for?

Tuesday, March 24th, 2015

QUESTION: Masters, often it is said that there are no right or wrong decisions made on Earth and no- one is responsible for anyone else. But surely if we are moving toward spiritual development, we should do all we can to help others and what about responsibility to our children? And decisions we make that we know will cause grief to others? I try to help people whenever I can, although sometimes feel enslaved to my family and not valued and the arguments we have get me down. Is there something else I should be doing with my life other than being my husband’s minion? If I left I presume it would cause upset. Or is it just me bring selfish? ~Jane, Greece

ANSWER: You are mixing up nonjudgmental spiritual concepts and judgmental egotistical human doctrines. Society forms humans into groups, such as families and various associations designed to further ideologies and the demands of “good citizenship” to assist the population in general so it is not too burdensome on government.

Your spiritual journey is that of a single soul undertaking a human experience to gather knowledge and learn lessons to increase the wisdom that caused you to enter into the duality (negativity) in the first place. Your concern that there is a need to help others belies the fact that if you are engaged solely in assisting others, you are unable to do your own work. A rich man who gives all his money to the poor becomes poorer than they.

Responsibility for children, who appeared because of a choice on your part to beget them, figures into the life lessons you decided you wanted to experience. It does not mean it is a lifelong obligation, because that would prevent them from learning their own lessons.

The only spiritual responsibility is to your learning. If you need to do something that will impact others but is necessary for your learning, then those others have previously put themselves in the position to have that experience. Interfering in others’ lives may prevent them from having the experiences they need.

Many unaware souls do not want to take responsibility for their actions, so they get someone else to take care of them – such as you have seen with your family. You have no obligation to take abuse and enslavement from others. Accepting that you have freedom of choice to walk away is one of the lessons you came to learn.

You do not have to worry about them. Just learn to love yourself and do what feels right to you. Honor the journey that is yours alone.
