Connection to essence and Source

Tuesday, March 8th, 2016

QUESTION: Masters, I´m 54-year-old woman. I wonder why there`s a kind of loneliness as a theme in my whole life? I`m married and have friends, but still I often feel myself lonely. I find all my relationships somehow superficial without deeper connection. I was the only child in my family and since my childhood I have had to do everything on my own and independently. As a teacher I worked almost alone and nowadays as a spiritual counselor, I´m working alone again! Once I`ve needed help, there has seldom been anyone to give me a hand. What do I need to learn? Why all this? ~Jaana, Finland

ANSWER: You have dug a “pity pit” for yourself and jumped in. During your life you had all these expectations of what a big, loving family would be like and mourn that it never happened. With this “model” of a family in place, you swam in a sea of aloneness.

You soothed yourself by becoming independent of the assistance of others. You become so self-reliant that others got the feeling that you did not wish to have anyone help you – you could do it alone. You sensed that opening yourself to others would make you too vulnerable.

The continuance of your earlier separation from a community has now become a pattern that you find difficulty shedding. The family and friends you have are kept at a certain distance from you because you don’t feel worthy of their love and acceptance. Unconsciously you don’t expect anyone wants to help you.

Your first step toward a different life has to be recognizing that you lack self-love. Your dependence on yourself keeps you from loving yourself because you feel it is a punishment, that you deserve not having the support of others.

You are a fantastic soul who has all the powers and abilities of Source, from whom you came into existence. Your essence is of Source – all unconditional love. Your guides and all of the other souls are waiting for you to allow yourself to acknowledge that they are there waiting to join you. Connect with the energy of the universe and your brethren. Create a vision that accepts who you truly are. Join in the celebration of a human life where anything is possible.

Fetuses and their souls

QUESTION: Masters is the soul present at the point of conception? Or at what point does the soul enter the human body or fetus? ~Holly, USA

ANSWER: When a soul is ready for a human experience, it chooses the parents who will help set up the scenario it seeks for its desired life lessons. It places a marker, a tiny attachment to the fetus who is beginning to grow. Rarely, if ever, does the soul completely sit in the fetus for the entire gestation period. A new soul who has not had too many incarnate experiences generally spends more time in the fetus than an older soul who has done it many times. Most find it boring to just sit there and observe the actions of the mother.

During development of a body, the soul is too busy saying good-byes to associates, planning other adventures, and visiting other locations. It will be in and out of the fetus so that it may partake in some of the pregnancy events while not missing out on completing departure visits to old acquaintances. A part always remains within.

The soul has to be in the fetus when it emerges from the mother in order for the body to be viable. If the soul completely leaves the fetus – removes the connection – the fetus dies or is stillborn. The soul has until the moment of the fetus emerging from the mother to decide whether or not it wishes to be born. It may also determine after birth that it has taken on more than it wishes (or perhaps it has made an agreement with the parents for them to experience the loss of a baby), and then it leaves and “crib death” is blamed.

The soul is never completely contained in the human body. Part of the soul’s essence remains in the unconditional love of Home with Source energy. During periods of sleep, meditation, and hypnosis, the soul may send more of itself off to other locations.

Helping others

QUESTION: Masters my question is about what we know here on earth as “self-help,” “motivational,” and “inspirational” books.” You have told us over and over that each soul comes here to learn their own lessons according to their specific needs and decisions as a soul, and nothing anyone can say or do will change that fact. Since that’s true, are my inspirational books even necessary? If this is my souls work or those at Home need my help to continue this work on earth, I will gladly do so. Should I consider another means of the expressions of inspiration such as music and art and just RELAX and enjoy my fantastic life here on earth for the rest of it rather than feel the pressure to “help” others through writing books? Mary Anne, Chile

ANSWER: You are correct to a point – no one can make people change their mind about something unless they are willing. But humans have been raised to look to teachers to give them an idea of what they should do, or at least consider, when they are moving forward. We are constantly asked, “Where should I start?”

Self-help, motivational, or inspirational books and programs are what a lot of folks need to decide to explore their potential. Those who want a step-by-step process that they don’t have to think about are not ready to grow. But when self-help material is used as an outline of a possible way to learn and take responsibility for gaining knowledge, the author has provided a vital service for those who may not have started in any other way.

You are an instigator for getting others to move outside their comfort zone into seeing the options available to them. Your books provide food for thought, which feeds all the hungry minds out there. You have no obligation to continue, but explore how many you have started on their spiritual journeys and see if you think it worth continuing.

You could also include other media to reach the souls of those stuck in the negativity and ego of humanity. When people get drawn into music, which frees up their thinking mind, they can meditate and communicate with us much more easily. Pictures, colors, and thought-provoking art do the same thing. Visualization is a way for others to see what they have missed in the past; it trains them to be present in the now and to take advantage of things around them.

As in all things, the choice is all yours.
